1. Introduction Welcome to Apex Snow Academy. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services We offer snowboarding and skiing instruction and related activities. All services are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance with our instructors.

• Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

• We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled lesson for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the lesson.

• We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to weather conditions. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Liability Waiver Participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activities. This waiver releases Apex Snow Academy from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during lessons.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary gear and equipment for lessons.

• Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our instructors.
